Raising Funds for The King’s Trust: My Journey as a Young Ambassador Featured on Omaze
Being the Face of Change: My Journey with Omaze and The King's Trust
When I was asked to be one of the faces of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw in support of The King's Trust, I never imagined the depth of impact this campaign would have. It has touched not only the lives of young people across the UK but my own journey as well. As a Young Ambassador for The King’s Trust, it has been an honour to help raise an incredible £4.1 million through this campaign. That money is not just a figure, it represents real and tangible change for young people who are facing some of the toughest challenges life can throw at them.
The Omaze Million Pound House Draw is not only about giving someone the keys to a stunning coastal home. It is about unlocking potential, hope, and opportunity for thousands of young people who need a hand to get back on track. The funds raised through the partnership with Omaze go directly to supporting the life changing programmes The King’s Trust runs. These programmes help young individuals gain confidence, find work, and build a future they never thought possible.
Being part of this campaign was not just about being seen, it was about being heard, and helping others be heard too. I am incredibly proud to have played a role in a project that did not just change the life of one lucky winner but is transforming the futures of so many young people who deserve a second chance. To anyone who supported the campaign, thank you. You have helped write a new chapter for thousands of young lives, mine included.
