Lancashire County Council Foster Carer Press Campaign

At REGO Marketing, we believe in the power of storytelling to create change. This year, I had the privilege of working with Lancashire County Council on a press and advertising campaign that shines a spotlight on the incredible work of foster carers across the county.

The campaign, Foster Like Us, celebrates real carers from all walks of life who open their homes and hearts to children in need. From long-term foster families to those who are just beginning their journey, these carers share their experiences, their challenges, and their most treasured memories. It’s a campaign rooted in authenticity, designed to encourage more people to consider fostering and to remind us how vital these roles are for our community.

As a media and marketing agency founder, and as a King’s Trust Young Ambassador, this project has been one of my proudest moments. Seeing the campaign come to life across Lancashire, on buses, in the press, and online, is more than just a professional achievement — it’s a chance to use creativity for impact.

Foster carers change lives every single day. They offer stability, kindness, and opportunity to children of all ages and needs. Through this campaign, Lancashire County Council is not only celebrating its carers but also calling on others to step forward and join the fostering community.

For me personally, it’s a reminder of why I built REGO Marketing — to bring people together, to tell powerful stories, and to create meaningful change.
